Steering of Roaming

Our Steering of Roaming product that helps maximize roaming revenue and mobile user satisfaction. It does that by ‘directing’ the subscriber to specific operator partners when roaming. Those chosen are ones with existing bi-lateral agreements and thus better prices, or show the highest available quality or coverage at that moment. This solution also eliminates accidental roaming, which can be caused by coverage holes or unfavorable proximity to borders. It also ensures optimal performance, an increasing concern as data usage explodes and congests networks.

Welcome SMS

Welcome SMS provides the ability to send messages to users when they log on to a new or foreign network. This notifies the user of that fact and also makes them conscious of possible additional charges. Welcome SMS is also useful to provide helpful tips, such as how to access their voice mail in an overseas location or news updates. And it can also support the launch of roaming marketing campaigns, for example to advertise special price offerings. These messages, especially ones that encourage them to interact, help to keep brand awareness high while stimulating network usage. Clients can configure Welcome SMS based on a variety of parameters. For example, the user then only receives information in their language, during specific delivery times and only in certain countries.

Virtual Home Environment - VHE

Our Virtual Home Environment (VHE) offering is the ultimate in customer experience. It allows travelers to roam just as if they were in their home network. That means they are able to dial their contacts as usual via their phone book, easily connect to their voicemail, keep informed about data consumption – and simply feel as if they never left their country. This is made possible through an automatic system that boosts efficiency by, for example, correcting international dialing mistakes or allowing the use of familiar short codes. The benefits are happier end users and a profitable reduction in churn
