IP-VPN Mobile Access footprint expansion to Hungary
Secure, world-wide connectivity
With IP-VPN Mobile Access from ICSS, it’s now possible for organizations in Hungary to connect their hard to reach or temporary locations over secure Virtual Private Networks. IP-VPN Mobile Access is an innovative product that was launched by the ICSS Carrier Enterprise Services (CES) unit late last year in Germany. This unique product is a much needed alternative to conventional solutions.
It makes use of LTE technology to allow companies to broaden their global VPN access outside of the standard fixed-line solution. Data is ensured protection all across the transmission path, as it is a Layer 3 service implementing IPsec.
This first enterprise-scale service of its kind in the wholesale industry makes it possible for multiple end-customer locations to be connected over a common infrastructure. It also provides mobile workforces the ability to reliably work on confidential documents without security concerns. Also offering a high degree of flexibility is the solution’s volume-based price structuring. Clients also benefit from standard NNI handover, unmanaged CPE and SLA commitments.
“With the extension to Hungary we are now further increasing the regional footprint of our IP-VPN Mobile Access, following the successful launch in Germany last year,” says Dr. Bertold Frech, Head of CES at Deutsche Telekom ICSS.
