Awarded ‘Best Global Messaging Provider’ in London

ICSS recognized for its messaging solutions!
ICSS topped the list of winners at the Messaging and SMS World Awards 2017 on November 28th in London! We took home the trophy for ‘Best Global Messaging Provider’, thanks to our innovative range of solutions across the messaging landscape.

The judges were impressed with our work to improve the delivery, security and quality of messaging as well as our ever-increasing global customer base.

ICSS has taken great steps to deal with SMS fraud, which is not only a drain on revenue but causes damage to brand reputation. Our SMS+ solution bundle blocks unwanted traffic with a unique dynamic filtering tool and ensures delivery of SMS messages on proper, non-fraudulent routes.

We have strengthened our P2P and A2P services with a suite of offerings including an A2P SMS firewall and monetization capabilities as well as real-time traffic analysis and reporting. To optimize our messaging solutions, ICSS has joined forces with several partners to deliver the best experience to our customers as quickly as possible. Looking forward, we are gearing up for future technologies such as Rich Communication Service (RCS), which promises great market growth opportunities.

Gergely Vadas, Head of Mobile Services at ICSS, stated, “We are honored to have been recognized for our efforts in the industry. Real-time messaging plays an important role in connecting individuals with each other as well as with their business needs. We understand our obligation to ensure the safety and quality of those communications and will enhance our solutions to do exactly that.”

Matija Percan and Christian Krassowka from ICSS's Mobile World Sales Team accepted the prize at the SMS World Awards ceremony 2017 in London!
