Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier Increases Value of DVX with HD Voice

Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier has recently implemented high-definition voice (HD Voice) codecs on their Dynamic Voice Exchange (DVX) platform. This means that all DVX carriers can now deliver HD Voice services and support the industry with enhanced voice offerings.

With HD voice, the higher quality codec ensures superior clarity and intelligibility. In addition, both voice and background noises sound more natural as well as closer.

This is because HD Voice is transmitted over a wider frequency range which is also higher than standard audio and closer to the frequency of in-person voices.

HD Voice will provide the best possible customer experience and is an important step forward in raising the quality of voice transmission – one of the biggest brand differentiators in the voice area. Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier plans to increase use of HD Voice across all existing and new DVX carriers around the world.
