DT Global Carrier provides direct int'l voice termination to Tigo Guatemala

Bonn, Guatemala, June 29 – Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier and Comunicaciones Celulares, S.A. (Tigo Guatemala) today announced a partnership to terminate voice traffic into the network of Tigo Guatemala. As part of this collaboration, Deutsche Telekom will be the preferred partner of Tigo Guatemala to consolidate traffic into their network via its interconnection.

By joining forces, Tigo Guatemala and Deutsche Telekom are helping improve the quality of life for Guatemalans residing in other countries.

Now, they have increased access to international voice products and offers based on their communication needs. This action aims to attract new customers and strengthen the position of both companies in Central America and Europe.
